Rafiel Gillen is a documentary photographer living in Los Angeles. While he has more then a dozen years of fine art education he is not formally trained in photography but rather learned his craft through on the job experience working as a cameraman in the motion picture industry. His work shows a strong cinematic influence; garnering his ability to tell story's through still images. He has traveled extensively and is always on the search for new places to explore whether at home or abroad. Rafiel is available for personal and family documentary/ day-in-the-life photography as well as other documentary, editorial, travel, and portrait shoots.
